In their own words

“I feel much more comfortable contributing to meetings now.”

“I used to get incredibly nervous whenever I had to speak in meetings, especially when senior colleagues were present. Even when I knew exactly what I wanted to say, I sometimes struggled to express myself confidently. Practising regularly helped me organise my thoughts and speak more clearly. I especially liked the practical exercises because they felt relevant to real situations at work. I feel much more comfortable contributing to meetings now.”

Rachel S., 30sProject Manager

“I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to become a better speaker.”

“Public speaking was never something I particularly enjoyed. I would rush through presentations and sometimes lose my train of thought when people asked questions. The speaking practice helped me slow down, structure my message, and become more aware of how I communicate. I loved the supportive approach and the small exercises that built confidence over time. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to become a better speaker.”

Michael D., 40sSales Director

“The biggest change has been feeling more confident sharing my ideas”

“I often avoided speaking up during meetings because I was worried about saying the wrong thing. The biggest change has been feeling more confident sharing my ideas, even when I'm not completely prepared. I really enjoyed learning how to structure what I wanted to say instead of overthinking every sentence. The exercises were practical and easy to practise in everyday life. It's made a real difference to my confidence.”

Emma K., 50sSchool Administrator

“I started feeling more relaxed and less focused on how nervous I looked.”

“I was comfortable communicating one-to-one but found speaking in front of a group quite intimidating. After practising different speaking exercises, I started feeling more relaxed and less focused on how nervous I looked. I particularly liked working on voice, pace, and clear communication. The progress felt gradual and realistic rather than forced. I would definitely recommend it to colleagues who want to communicate with more confidence.”

Daniel W., 30sSoftware Engineer

“I now feel much more prepared when speaking in front of people.”

“I regularly give presentations to clients, but I always felt I could be more engaging and confident. The practice helped me become more aware of my body language, tone, and the way I structure a presentation. I especially appreciated the practical feedback and the opportunity to practise without feeling judged. I now feel much more prepared when speaking in front of people. A fantastic experience!”

Patricia L., 40sBusiness Consultant

“The exercises helped me become more organised when presenting ideas”

“I've always been a little uncomfortable speaking in larger meetings, even after many years in management. The exercises helped me become more organised when presenting ideas and more comfortable speaking without overpreparing every sentence. I particularly liked that the approach focused on practical skills rather than complicated theory. I still get nervous occasionally, but I feel much better equipped to handle it. Definitely worth doing!”

Twenty-one days. Ten minutes a day. Then, the stage.
The 21-day run

Twenty-one days. Ten minutes a day

  1. Days 1 to 5

    Calm

Breathing and quick resets, so the nerves stop running the show.

  2. Days 6 to 10

    Voice

Slow down, speak up, and use pauses on purpose.

  3. Days 11 to 16

    Structure

A simple order for what you say, in meetings and presentations.

  4. Days 17 to 21

    Presence

Body language, eye contact and tone. Then the Day 21 recording.

Day 1 vs Day 21

No guessing. On day 1 and day 21 you record 60 seconds of speaking and rate your nerves from 1 to 10. The app puts the two side by side, so you can hear the difference yourself.

Q&A

What people ask first

I get really nervous. Is this for me?

Yes. It was made for people whose voice shakes when it's their turn. Everyone starts at Level 1, Calm: breathing and a slower first ten seconds.

I'm an introvert. Do I have to become loud?

No. The goal is to speak clearly and calmly, in your own style. Quiet people can be great speakers.

Will it work for me?

The Day 1 and Day 21 recordings let you hear the change yourself, and you rate your nerves from 1 to 10 on both days. If it's not for you, you get your money back.

Do I need an audience to practise?

No. You do the exercises on your own, on your phone. Then you use them in your next meeting or presentation.

Is it only for presentations?

No. It's for meetings, updates, video calls and presentations. The Interview Prep bonus covers job interviews too.

How long does it take each day?

About 10 minutes. The 90-Second Panic Reset takes a minute and a half, whenever you need it.

Is this a subscription?

No. You pay once for the 21 days and keep them. Nothing renews. After the 21 days there's an optional membership, Stage Pass, with a new scene every week. You only get it if you choose it.

Do I have to listen to myself?

No. Your numbers and Leo's note come without playing anything back. Listening is a button, never a step.

Who hears my recordings?

Nobody. Your recordings stay on your phone. Your note is written from the numbers and the words as text. If your phone can't turn your words into text, the recording is sent once to do that, and we don't keep it.

English isn't my first language. Is that a problem?

No. Your plan aims for a calm, clear pace, not a fast one. The notes are about how you speak, never your accent.

What phone do I need?

Any iPhone or Android phone with a browser. You add the app to your home screen in a few seconds. No app store.

What if I miss a day?

Pick up where you left off. Your 21 days wait for you.

Will the price go up?

Yes. $47 is only for the next 100 members, or until the date shown at the top of the page. Whichever comes first. Then it's $69. Join now and you pay $47 once, and never more. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

When do I start?

Right away. Your link arrives by email within a minute. Your plan from the quiz is already in the app. Day 1 can be today.

How do refunds work?

Email us within 30 days of buying. We refund in full.

Is this therapy?

No. Speak Up is a speaking practice program. It is not therapy or medical advice. If nerves or anxiety get in the way of daily life, please talk to a doctor or a licensed professional.
